It was Daejeon Zooland for us on Saturday..
Bryan didnt wanna go..
So it was only me and Evie!
After a peaceful night of sleep! :)
The journey to Daejeon Zooland, which was the last stop.
We found a lot of shopping areas on the way!
And we promised ourselves that we will check back soon!
Here we are!
A city of blooms.
With the ticketing lady!
The symbolics of Daejeon Zooland
Looks a little like HK!
Shots at the fountain!
AND HIAK I FOUND MY FAVOURITE RIDE.
THE DRYER! (Yes, like the one at KL!)
Not as fun as the one at Berjaya Times Square!
We found a wacky house!
And something you see quite often at Bugis Junction.
Cute little kids!
I have no idea why..
I wasnt that afraid of the one at Australia Gold Coast..
But after the Genting one…
I suddenly developed fear of heights!
But weirdly, I dont have that fear on roller coasters.
But I promised Evie I will sit once with him.
So here goes.
And when we reached the top.
I asked myself again, “WHAT AM I DOING UP HERE”
Closed my eyes and keep asking the thing to drop.
Almost died sia. :(
The Giant Drop controller.
Evie went up on his own.
I don’t mind this!
We went up the Wacky House!
Some wierd Science house.
It was really hot and humid.
So we quickly stepped into the Africa Safari where there was a airconditioned bus bringing us upclose to the animals!
One had shit next to him.
It was really worthwhile.
Come on, when can I ever take such shots! :D
Cute little Korean girl in front of us!
Zebra kissing me!
No idea what!
End of ride.
Here’s the bus!
And the driver, tour guide and zookeeper all in one.
Sorry, suddenly Narnia crazy.
Flight of stairs to Anidom!
Btw, the description of Anidom was.. “This zone houses 573 heads of 139 kind of animals such as..”
You know we initially thought it was a museum of dead animals.
And we were quite scared, hello its a zoo!
But… apparently, their English was quite bad!
Lonesome little wolfie
Snakes (MORE YUCK)
My favourites! PENGUINS!
Love their name. :P
Hehe SHEEPS AND LAMBS!
But I hate the goats there.
When you watch the videos, you will understand why.
He’s really cute.
Ha! He’s putting his hands on mine!
But is rather shy about it!
Ponies and Donkeys
Thought this look rather heartwarming.
Bambi and Reindeer
The male was trying to impress the female.
But I think she can’t be bothered.
The tree and pigeon holes (real ones) full of birds and pigeons?
A silly bird who was trying to escape.
It was just a chain, he could have pushed it and fly off.
See, even the little boy is scared of Evie
Must be wondering why a giant is sitting there.
Cute Korean girl :D
The babies are cute.
This animal looks like a little dog.
No idea what is it though.
Scenery from the top of Zooland.
More Grizzy Bears!
He was walking around in circles.
Hard to capture.
As what Evie said, wise monkey.
The real one was underwater.
Haha, Korean girls :D
The bowl hair is the in-thing here now.
Everyone has it!
No idea why.
It looks ugly.
On the roller coaster!
I think you can tell that if we can take photos..
Its not that thrilling after all.
More bowl hair!
I want one!
Last photo with Aslan.
Ok my photo was dead by the time we were eating our lunch.
What a pity.
After Zooland, we took a bus out.
And we couldn’t resist stopping at the shopping area to check out.
Evie got new pair of specs at 12,000won.
While I bought some envelopes and all at a new notebook shop.
It was such a pity though..
Cos the night scene around the area was nice..
Like Orchard Road..
Never mind, I think we should been heading there next weekend…
Most probably with Jieyin and gang :)
They haven’t been there yet and wanna us to bring them along :D
We shall see..
Still awaiting confirmation of their plans!
Managed to sneak a photo of our dinner.
One of the better dishes in Korea!
And shagged us!
It was an amazing day!
Thanks Evie :D
