Woke up early! But Evie Li was late.
Ended up, Tengy, Jaspi and Cx were early!
Shishi met me and Evie before heading down to find the rest.

Then took 138 to Mandai Zooo!

I forgot to bring water so walked into Cheers in the Zoo to buy.

I can buy 4 Ice Mountains with that!

School started today.
Woke up at 6am.
OMG!
So primary school can?
Went for MA1505, aka Mathematics, aka Calculus + Shit.

Luckily the lecturer still had some sense of humour.
Could still understand what he was saying thank goodness.
But Siow Yuan told me he isn’t that good after all.
Hai, shall just cross my fingers and pray! :)

Gonna be a hectic semester..
6 modules.
4 examinable, 2 project-based.
Wish me luck.
Don’t even think I have the time to play anymore.
:(

Hoho! I’m finally out of the internship.
Sigh. How tiring.
The working style sucks big time.

So what did Evie and I did when it all ended?
Hiaks… Eat Porridge Buffet at Suntec la!

For $9.90, we ate a whole spread.
But nah, it didn’t taste as nice actually.

Horrible old vege.
Yucky cold food.
The only thing nice was probably the porridge and the Pulou Hitam.

Then after that, we went to Marina Square.
Wanted to go bowling, but Evie ended up at Fourskin, getting 2 more shirts.
This boy really knows how to shop more than I do.
And I’m the girl. -_-”

Outside Fourskin, we attempted taking photos with the lantern, but aiyo!
Failed badly.

Gave up and took this.

At the bowling alley, we started off the first game.
On a bad note for me, cos I can’t rmb how to bowl.
Throughout the game, we had a lot of funny postures, looks and smiles.

And nice ones too.

Went to GMask at Wisma to settle Evie’s Itouch.
And off we went to Heerens :)
The poor girl had to carry 2 heavy bags of notes!

Wednesday was work from home day!
Sentosa was great!
Though it rained pretty heavily when we reached!
Took cover under a huge white tent.
Was pretty lame just lying there on a mat like we were suntanning!

Tanjong Beach was quiet.
But it was good enjoying the tranquil it had.

Didn’t really go into the water.
Damn freaking dirty with seaweeds floating around.
Just played with the sand with the sandcastles thing I bought the other time for the previous Sentosa trip.

Took the skyrider up.
Was pretty fun, but weirdly, my fear of heights is starting to emerge!
Can’t wait to get off during the middle of the ride.

Then later.. took the Luge down..
DARN FUN LA!
Omg, hehe, I love karts!

Went to watch Songs of the Sea.

Thought the story line was lame..
But yay to the production team for the effects and laser and definitely, the fireworks!
A pity though, my camera died halfway.

This whole blog probably does not have any sad posts.
But today, I’m not going to hide anything..
Nothing behind protected posts.
Much as I look like the girl who’s always cheerful.
I have my sad days too.

Today, you broke my heart.
Rarely do I shed tears in public.
In fact, only thrice, when it was Passing Out Parade..
During training camp and… I can’t rmb the last time.
But today, I shed tears twice.
Once on the bus to meet Shishi and once at the fountain at Raffles City.

Maybe other than my parents, no one really made me this sad before.
Walking around aimlessly..
Thinking about things..
Wondering whether I was in the wrong… to feel that way.

Jasie replied me almost immediately..
Said she wanted to come meet me, but couldn’t cos she was babysitting.
Jingie called immediately after her meeting.
Came down despite being sick, tired and all.
Really appreciated it my besties.

You have no idea how your presence meant to me today.
Thanks for accompanying me to the Donut Factory cafe.
Having ate 3 donuts, didn’t exactly made me happy as it usually would.
But catching up with Jingie, brought me further away from those thoughts.

To keep me busy.. So that I won’t think about it.

The rain didn’t exactly help much.
I like the rain alot actually.
But today, the rain made me feel worst than ever.

Saturday.
Woke up really early, say 10am, washed up and got ready by 11am.
Missed the 54 before.
Saw 52 came, boarded it.
Hoping to change to 162 or 54 later.
162 came by seconds later, got on it.
Sat down, and thought to myself. Whee! Gonna see Ning soon.
BUT… who knows.
WTH, I got jammed around Bright Hill Temple area.
And then jammed at Thomson again.
So by the time I reached Novena, it was around 12pm already.

Pissssssssed off man!
Ended up, I only reached Far East at 1220pm instead of 12!
SORRY NING :(

But that ladyy was so patient. :)
Gave me a hug, and off we went to find the Sushi place in LevelOne.
But hey, it was quite pathetic, so we went to Wheelock for Sakae.
And guess what, it was better than the buffet I had that day.
Maybe cos this time round, I wasn’t stuffing myself with Sushi.
I was enjoying my food, talking and catching up.
Talking about old SA times.
Laughing about Jensen and Jojo. (Oops, hope she’s not reading)
Hahaha.. basically it was really nice catching up with Ning.

Thanks babe, 1st 3 months may be short, but I am so glad our friendship is still strong.
Gave her the Bodyshop pressie I got her for her 21st :)

Then left for Centrepoint with her at about 2pm cos Jasie was waiting for me there.
A pity though, both of us forgot to take photos despite having cameras in our bags.
!!! Never mind, told her I will meet up with her again for lunch!

Reached Centrepoint at about 215pm, found Jasie who told me she can’t find G2000.
Sigh, and I don’t know why, but G2000 isn’t found at Centrepoint.
That’s like so wierd, isn’t Centrepoint a pretty high-end kinda shopping centre? Hmm.
Haha window-shopped around till 230pm before we decided to leave for Somerset.
As said by Jasie, “Better don’t be early, cos everyone will be late.”

And when we reached, I think there was only Des, Melv, Zhiren and Yuan Shao.
Sigh, and as usual, Jasie and me are the earliest girls again.

Knew the RI guys from Red Cross since we were Sec 2.
Wow, that’s like how many years ago?
Talentime, courses.. 50th anniversary.
Despite coming from different schools, ok, maybe we were affliated and all…
But still… after all we been through, as juniors and seniors…
The memories. Wow. :)
So glad to be still meeting up with them after all these years.
A pity though, Annie, Dior and Tecktee couldn’t come.

Decided to head to Cine cos everyone else was late and Fel wasn’t picking up her phone.
Haha, but guess what, on the way, Fel was walking in the opp. direction towards the MRT.
And she said, “Oops. I’m late!”

Went into Xin Wang and got an 8-seater area as more people will be joining us later.

Did prefect duties together in the amplifer room with Nicole..
Those were the days!

Soon enough, Pooi Khay came!
Waited for Eugene to eat while we decided what to do.
Still quite torn cos.. movie won’t be a nice idea to well catch up.
Bowling would be too crowded.
And not everyone wanted to sing.

Ended up, we went to play Arcade and Pool. -_-”

Thursday was spent at Monsoon Bukit Timah.
What to do?
I have a $300 voucher waiting to be used before it expires.
So I decided on a treatment and well, a cut.

But huh, seriously, no difference despite sitting there for close to 2 hours!
Oh, and my hair, really like never cut. -_-”
And it cost $160.
Ouch.
Personally, if I didn’t have the voucher, I really don’t think I will spend so much.
I think face products and all are still reasonable, but hair?
Umm. Yeah.

Friday.
Woke up early.
Guess its pretty obvious as seen from this photo where I was caught dozing off on the bus.
Yeah, it was work-from-home day again.

So where did we go?
ECP to cycle!
A bright and chirpy day it was.
I really can’t help being sleepy though.

Rented our bikes and cycled.
Halfway, we passed by the 360degrees ski and wow, there were quite a no. of pros doing their stunts.
Just sat down and watched them.

Then we continued cycling and we saw the Castle Beach.

I was in this constipated position cos I was about to jump. LOL

The sun was great, the beach was nice, the sea was dirty..
But we weren’t in the right attire to well, sit down.




Took some photos and off we went.

Finally reached some really pretty breakwaters where planes were close to landing at Changi.
So they were in full view for us to admire while sitting on the breakwaters.
And we found two baby pigeons.
So cute!
Sneaked a few photos of them.

Then I told Evie, I wanted to turn back, cos if we continued cycling on..
I would go through that freaky path where I flew off my bicycle and got myself skinless.
YUCKS.
No thanks.
No more alcohol on the naked skin anymore. :S
Poor Jaspi and Jingie had to tahan that yucky looking wound that time.
And my screaming and vulgarities.

So we went back to the mini garden, hoping to get to the top but the stairs was locked.

Just stood there and enjoyed life.

Around 2plus, the sky suddenly went real gloomy, so we thought, better get back before it rains too heavily.

HA! And guess what, they had my favourite Novena Hong Kong Cafe store!

At about 340pm, we left ECP, cos meeting my mom at NTUC to get stuff for Steamboat Dinner tonight.
Hiaks! Excited.
Got whatever we wanted to get, went back, started cutting the meat and all till about 7pm.
And steamboat officially started!

A pity it was though, cos about 1 hour plus into the steamboat dinner.
The steamboat suddenly umm, started smoking!
Badly. It was helluva SMELLY.
I went to take cover with my rabbit in the balcony.
SIGH.
 3/4 almost passed steamboat, but failed terribly at the end. :(
Dad promised he will get a good one this time round.

Went to school early in the morning to hand up application forms and review forms.

Then we went to collect Evie’s specs..
The lens were still a tad too big..

So.. gonna do some adjustments and collect it on Fri.

Then we went to Suntec to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Sigh, can’t believe it.
It was still sold out on a weekday!

Anyhow, I like Theodore.

Then we left for Shenton Way cos meeting Jackie and pals for Sakae! :D
